I’m a seasoned technology manager with experience across a broad range of industries. I provide the following services:

• Team Building: I will determine your development team needs, then work with you on the complete hiring process. This includes creating job postings, vetting and interviewing potential staff, and actual staff engagement. Already have a team in place? I have successfully provided mentoring in the past and can help you push your team to the next level.

• Process Engineering: Have a team, but not delivering consistenatly? I can look at your process and find the areas that takes your team to the next level. I will do a full evaluation and then recommend proper tools and process to meet your needs.

• Technical Project Leadership: I have experience across a variety of projects and industries. I can join your team for the full life-cycle of the project: initial pitch, requirements gathering, architecture, documentation, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

• Overall Technology Leadership: Lacking a senior technology leader for your team? I can step in and keep your overall team running smoothly while you take the team to identify your new long-term leader.

• Hands-On: If needed, I can even roll up my sleeves and get to work. I have experience with *nix system administration, database design and support, and web development (PHP, Perl).
